Rebel Moon - Part One: A Child of Fire, 2023 - ★½
This movie took two hours to get interesting, but it got there eventually.
The Messenger, 2009 - ★★★★½
This is a very emotionally intense film about a very misunderstood topic. Great performances, with jarring editing choices that are used to great effect.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2, 2015 - ★★½
This is the second best Hunger Games movie because Jena Malone has more screentime, but not as much as Catching Fire. She could have been the heroine, but she wasn't. So much wasted potential.
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1, 2014 - ★
This is the second worst Hunger Games movie because Jena Malone is only in it for about ten seconds. That is just unacceptable and the filmmakers should know better.
